Who we are

An advisory partner that turns intent into delivery

Stratovate Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a South African advisory firm specialising in strategy, operations and logistics, corporate social responsibility, enterprise and supplier development, and research support. We are 100% black owned and 100% black woman owned, a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor, in good standing with SARS and verified on the Central Supplier Database.

We work where funding meets delivery. Many organisations commit to transformation and enterprise development, but results depend on whether programmes are properly designed, implemented and measured. That is our craft, and we report on it honestly.

Our Vision

To be a trusted South African partner that turns responsible business spending into real economic participation for people and enterprises that have been left on the margins.

Our Mission

To design and deliver practical strategy, corporate social responsibility and enterprise development programmes that are properly implemented, measured and reported, so that funders see results and beneficiaries build lasting capability.

Operations & Logistics

Operations and logistics that keep supply reliable

Our operations practice is led by Wesley Rabie, who has more than twenty years in manufacturing, logistics and technical operations, including senior roles over depots, inventory, supply chain and warehousing. We build the systems that let businesses and programmes deliver consistently.

Warehousing & stock control

Warehouse layout, receiving and dispatch, first-in-first-out stock rotation, cycle counts and stock-take discipline, so stock records match what is on the shelf.

Procurement & supplier management

Quotations, purchase orders, supplier selection and follow-up, service-level monitoring and supplier audits, with clear records for every order.

Logistics & distribution

Delivery planning, route and vehicle scheduling, depot coordination, and customer delivery updates, with transport compliance in mind.

Process & production improvement

Practical reviews of how work flows, where it stalls and what it costs, followed by simple standard procedures and performance measures.

SHEQ, food safety & compliance

Safety, health, environment and quality systems, work instructions and incident reporting, informed by ISO 22000 and HACCP training.

Operational readiness for enterprises

Setting up administration, costing, stock control and logistics in emerging enterprises, so they can supply consistently and keep funders’ investment working.

Our purpose

Turning responsible business into real participation

Stratovate exists to close the gap between good intentions and real outcomes in South Africa’s economy. Corporates, banks and institutions commit significant resources to transformation, enterprise development and community upliftment, yet too much of that spending does not translate into lasting change on the ground.

Our purpose is to make sure it does. We design and deliver programmes that build genuine capability in emerging enterprises, farmers and communities, and we measure and report honestly, so that responsible spending can be traced to a real result. When beneficiaries can operate, comply and supply, participation in the economy widens and growth becomes sustainable.

Their growth is our purpose. We turn responsible spending into participation that lasts.
