Samantha founded Stratovate Solutions and leads the firm across strategy, corporate social responsibility, corporate social investment and enterprise development. She designs and directs client programmes from first concept through to delivery and reporting, covering CSR and CSI strategy, socio-economic and supplier development, stakeholder engagement, research support, and monitoring and evaluation. She sets the company’s direction, owns its client relationships, and makes sure every engagement is practical, measurable and credible.
Wesley leads operations and delivery at Stratovate, bringing more than twenty years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, procurement, stock and inventory control, quality, SHEQ and food safety. He turns the firm’s programmes into practical, on-the-ground delivery, standing up the systems, processes and controls that keep work reliable and to standard, and managing the delivery partners who help programmes scale.
